Meet the Team

Andrew has built strong relationships with customers, hauliers and suppliers in the 30 plus years he’s been with AB Nutrition, having joined soon after the company was formed. He still enjoys being hands on, liaising with customers, compounders and blenders.

Paul has worked in the feed industry for many years, across sales, trading and raw material buying. He takes great satisfaction in providing excellent service, through his strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.

It would be hard to find someone more knowledgeable than Richard about the formulation and quality control of biscuit meals, and how they can be best incorporated in rations for use in compounds and blends across all species on farms.

Hannah works alongside Richard in the Technical team, doing a fantastic job taking responsibility for our Wincham blending site, covering the formulations and raw material buying.

Becki has many years’ experience in the animal feed industry, covering logistics, grain and raw material trading and mill buying. Becki has been with us for nearly 10 years now, and we hope for many more!

Tony has been with the business over 30 years. For most of that time, he was the General Manager, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience across the business. He now focuses on the development of our IT and business infrastructure.

Sharon is a highly valued member of our logistics team, ensuring the smooth delivery of customer orders. She has many years of experience in our industry and takes everything in her stride.

Laura takes pride in giving the highest level of service every day, nothing is too much trouble – this sunny, can-do attitude is no doubt why she has such excellent relationships with our customers, hauliers and suppliers.

Tom is a valued member of our team, contributing to all aspects of daily office duties and haulage requirements.

Known for his helpful and courteous nature, Tom is always willing to lend a hand and is a valuable asset to the team.

Caitlin came in as a graduate and works as part of the technical team. Her role is vital part of our Wincham blend site, covering inbound and order processing along with the blend pricing.
